Within 24 hours of reporting your claim, one of our experienced claims staff will contact you to:
- get the details of your claim
- arrange a replacement vehicle if needed, for those who have purchased this coverage
- coordinate a place for you to stay in case of a residential loss
- explain the claims process and your insurance coverage
- answer any questions you may have
